What to have ready when you call
The faster the dispatcher can place you and your vehicle, the faster the closest service unit gets rolling. When you dial (272) 315-7786, try to have these ready: your year, make, and model; whether it's a passenger vehicle or a commercial truck; your exact location — an address, parking lot name, business name, I-81 mile marker, or the last exit you passed; the direction you were traveling; and a quick one-line description of what failed (no-start, flat tire, locked out, out of fuel, stuck off the shoulder).
If you're a fleet driver, mention your company name and whether you need a signed work order emailed to dispatch back home. We do this on every commercial call at no extra charge.
